Our services are carefully managed and successfully lead by ‘hands on’ British Nursing Professionals.  We take the time to treat people as individuals and respect their wishes, privacy and dignity, by providing a high standard of nursing care at all times

We cover the Orihuela Costa, Rojales, Quesada, Torrvieja, San Miguel and Los Alcazares areas at present, with more locations being added each week due to client growth.

We offer a selected team of Registered, Experienced, Professional Caring Nurses.  Carers are qualified to NVQ standard, available for all areas mentioned.

The Directors who lead the team of Nurses & Careres, have a combined 35 years of Nursing experience at hand.

All our staff adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct and all other regulations set by the regulatory body, regarding Registration, Duty of Care, Ethics, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Accountability, to name a few.

It gives us great pleasure to offer a list of services we provide;

• Quality Personal Care/ All aspects of Personal Hygiene

• Much needed Respite Care for family/friends or present Support Network/Arrangements

• Administration of Medication, (as prescribed by the Doctor; tablet/suspension/injection/transdermal forms)

• Catheter/Stoma Care

• Dressings & Bandages

Our Quality Care procedure;

Once we receive your enquiry, we will offer a free initial visit, at your convenience.  We will include, a tailor made, comprehensive and holistic initial assessment.  This will be where the client and/or family member(s) receive the opportunity to express their wishes and needs.  Our Nurses will listen, provide flexibility with open and honest advice, and always work with you and/or your support network, in order to achieve the QUALITY CARE, that you deserve!   Our holistic assessments will be ongoing to maintain the quality of care for our clients, in the comfort of their own surroundings and routines.

However, we cannot offer any emergency service at present.  If  emergency assistance is needed, you will need to call the International Emergency number of ‘112′ or the clients Centro de Salud where they are registered.
